Our lab is hiring!

The Pluréalités Labo and the Gender Diversity Clinic at CHU Sainte-Justine are looking for a research assistant (Level 2) to join our team at the Clinical Research Support Center (CSRC).

This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to participatory research projects aimed at improving gender identity-related care for youth and their families across Quebec.

The research assistant will participate in the PARLONSMAAT project, a large-scale longitudinal study examining the care trajectories and well-being of youth followed at the Gender Diversity Clinic at CHU Sainte-Justine.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Motivated and meticulous

  • Interested in quantitative (and ideally qualitative) research

  • Sensitive to the realities of gender-diverse youth

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with clinical teams, families, and the communities involved

  • Part-time position (16 hours/week)

  • Primarily on-site at CHU Sainte-Justine in Montreal

  • Expected start date: August 2026
