We have been awarded the UdeM Knowledge Mobilization Grant for our project Trajectories and Barriers to Gender-Affirming Medical Care: Developing Information Tools for Young People and Their Caregivers.
This funding will enable us to co-develop tools through partnership and collaboration to meet the needs of young people undergoing medical transition, as well as those of their caregivers.
